Young players’ information

ScoutedByMA collects player name, age group, position, club and relevant scouting notes, plus parent/guardian contact details, solely to review nominations and manage event registrations. Player records are not published publicly.

Parents and guardians

A parent or guardian must consent to submissions. Coaches should obtain explicit permission before nominating a child. We will contact the adult, not the child, about any follow-up.

Data requests

For access, correction, deletion or privacy questions, contact scoutedbyma@outlook.com. A formal retention policy, data-controller details and safeguarding policy must be finalised before the website goes live.

Independent events

ScoutedByMA is an independently operated scouting site. Talent ID events listed here should not be described as official West Ham United trials unless expressly authorised by the club. No professional academy opportunity or selection is guaranteed.

Safety

Do not submit home addresses, medical details, photographs or videos through these forms. Event organisers must have appropriate safeguarding, risk assessment, insurance and emergency procedures in place.
