Meet the Founder
A passion for grassroots football. A commitment to developing young talent.
Mario Allen
Mario Allen is passionate about grassroots football, youth development and identifying the next generation of talented footballers.
As an Academy Scout at West Ham United FC and Development Manager at Hutton FC, working across all age groups, Mario brings together experience from professional academy scouting and grassroots football.
His involvement at both levels provides an understanding of the qualities that help young players stand out, including technical ability, decision-making, attitude, determination and a willingness to learn.
Mario created ScoutedByMA to help promising young footballers gain recognition and provide a platform where talent can be identified, assessed and encouraged.
Our Mission
ScoutedByMA aims to help bridge the gap between grassroots football and professional academy opportunities. Through player nominations, scouting assessments and Talent ID events, our goal is to identify potential and create opportunities for talented young footballers to be recognised.
